I have been a WOW subscriber for several years after an absolutely miserable experience with Comcast. I don’t often leave customer comments, but my experiences with WOW have been uniformly oustanding and having just called moments ago, I felt compelled to compliment your company. Every customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to on the phone, every installer, and every supervisor I’ve dealt with have been incredibly polite and helpful. If only every company could maintain this level of excellent service, professionalism, and rapport with their customers. Earlier this year I was the victim of a devastating house fire. As soon as we were moved into a temporary residence, I called WOW for an install. It went smoothly, despite the hoops the poor installer had to jump through just to run the line to the house. He never got an attitude or was anything but pleasant and friendly. Now the time has come to move back to our home, so I called to have that service disconnected. Even though it was a complicated situation involving multiple accounts, addresses, a disconnection and a separate install at our original home, the operator made outstanding, clear, concise notes and I had no trouble getting the situation taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Compare that to the time spent waiting just to talk to a Comcast employee and the difference is night and day. Thank you so much for your exemplary customer service, not to mention flawless internet service. I’ve experienced only one short outage in 3 years, and the company even sent a letter to all subscribers apologizing! I will continue to be a dedicated WOW subscriber for a long, long time.
