WOW!!!! I can’t begin to tell you of the outstanding customer service we have recieved from Ronna Green EA3. We have literally been thru a nightmare and thru Ronnas tireless persistance we will hopefully be a loyal WOW customer. It all started when Time Warner whom we have been with at least 15 years refused to give us any break on our bill even though they were offering new customers better deals. I started looking to cut our bill and decided to try Magic Jack to cut out the phone service part of our bill, what a mistake!!! Not only did they slam us but held our phone number we have had for 21 years but held it hostage refusing to tell us where they had ported it to. We have spent many hours on line with people that did not speak english, and I am not exagerating when I say hours. After contacting Time Warner and explaining and asking for their help of which I got…”you don’t have service with us” I called and spoke with WOW. What professional service…not only did they beat TWs price Ronna went far and above what was expected to find our number and get us scheduled as soon as was possible. THis is the kind of person that needs to be training and managing your customer service reps!! This is how a business grows and prospers. I was to say the least frustrated and angry that I couldn’t get anywhere, she put humor and inspriration in every conversation, each time I heard her voice I knew she would have an answer of some sort, instead of the people at Time Warner who passed the buck saying you no longer have service with us we can’t help you. Well I’m glad because WOW did help and they will have our loyal business for years to come. Ronna we can’t thank you enough, the old saying is true…..You don’t know who your friends are till your down and need help…..Thanks again for being our friend and helping us out!
