I recently moved to a new city and didn’t think WOW was available in my area so I went with another company. Within 3 weeks, I was completely dissatisfied with this other company, I’ll just call them AB&C. I had to have a technician out several times to the point where I just gave up. I decided to double check to see if WOW was available and it was. I was basically begging to come back to WOW because I have never had any problems with them. When I called the customer service line, I was so impressed by the service politeness and great service so far, then they said they would have a technician out the next day within a two hour window instead of 4 hours like the other company. The next morning 10 minutes into my two hour window, the technician arrived and had my cable and internet installed within an hour of arriving.
As the technician was doing the installation, I was chatting with him and so impressed with his friendliness and courtesy, that once he left, I decided to complete the survey to let the company know about all the great service I received. While I was on their website, I noticed that they were hiring, and I loved the service so much that I felt that I just had to apply and be a part of such a team of great employees ( even though I am already employed). I start in two weeks and cannot wait to be part of such a great team.
