When we first moved into our home in 1998, I had called Comcast to hook up service. They brought me a recycled converter box that was scratched and really looked bad. When I asked for a “new” box, they said they did not have any and I would have to accept what they had to offer… but would have the guy check his truck for a newer looking one, which he didn’t find one. I told him to take the box, as I did not want their service. (I had previously had Comcast in our prior home and really didn’t care for the customer care service anyways.)
My Great-uncle highly recommended I call WOW, which I did. I have a great “Bundle” for phone, cable and internet, and I am certain if I was to go anywhere else, the price would be much greater. I am very pleased overall with the quality service that WOW offers. If I ever have an issue, it is only a phone call away. I have been helped over-the-phone so many times, I feel quilty that I’m taking up their time, but the Customer Service Reps are very pleasant, helpful and knowlegable and let you know they are there to help you.
I will never switch companies, as I know WOW will always work with me to give me the best bundle deal that they have to offer, it’s only a phone call away… and besides that… I have their phone number memorized, as welll as most of the TV channels!!
