			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am moving to a town that is not serviced by WOW. I struggles with whether I should move or not because I am so pleased with WOW. I was a Best Buy and they have a Comcast booth there and I was explaining to the Comcast guy what I was looking. He asked me who my current service provider was for internet and cable. I told him WOW and I also explained how satisfied I was with them. He then asked how much I was paying for both. I told him and his exact word was, &#8220;WOW!!!&#8221; I followed up with exactly and I like them a lot. He then explained that there was no way they could come close to that. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just wanted to send a quick email to praise one of your employees. Today someone (unfortunately I can&#8217;t recall his name) came to bury our cable. We had recently seeded a large section of our lawn, and I didn&#8217;t want it torn up. He stated that it was possible to avoid the area, but he would have to bury the cable by hand instead of with his machine. I was really impressed with this service, especially given the hot weather! Me (and my newly sprouting lawn) thank you greatly for the great service!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just wanted to give some kudos to Joel who installed my WOW cable and internet. I had the installation done a few days before I moved into my house and we were working like crazy to get everything ready (including a washer and dryer delivery!) I was not at the house when Joel finished installing but my boyfriend and father were. When I returned to the house, I noticed that he had not left me with a DVR as I had requested on the phone. I looked at the work order paper work and I saw that the lady I ordered the service with on the phone did NOT include that I wanted a DVR. Joel had left his phone number so I gave him a ring and within an hour or two he was back at the house switching out the regular box with the DVR. I was amazed. He was so courteous and accommodating. At my last home, I had UVerse installed. There were problems with the DVRs and the installer did not properly check all of them before he left. Well, one didn&#8217;t work. He, too, like Joel, had left his phone number. I called him and told him the DVR was not working that very same day he installed and I was pretty much told I was out of luck and there was nothing he could do for me. He told me I had to call in another service request&#8230;I was unable to use that DVR for two weeks as a result. That is why I was even more impressed that Joel came back that same day and changed it out for me. This was a great way to start out my new service with WOW. </p>

<p>I have had a beautiful two years + with WOW and now, unfortunately, because of the cutoff of unemployment and a temp job that will be mailing my check, I have to terminate my service. I have spoken with Gary, Wendy, Tammy, Becky and others that have been so gracious with extensions through tomorrow morning for my overdue payment. So I am asking that you not send me to collections yet. I have never had any problems that couldn&#8217;t be solved by phone with your customer representatives. I have had just about all of the cable providers but yours is the best by far.</p>
<p>I was able to schedule endless job interviews via email and apply for countless jobs. The temporary job assignment I had ended yesterday so I am out of work again. Two years without steady employment is no joke and is so hard.</p>
<p>When I first got WOW services and the computer modem wasn&#8217;t hooked up correctly, one of the managers took the time to come to Chicago to get my services up and running. This was after one phone call in March of 2008. No other provider I&#8217;ve ever had has ever taken that much interest in my family as a customer. I have nothing bad to say about WOW and wish that I was able to continue your services. However, as soon as I get the appropriate funds to pay my bill it will be sent to you ASAP and I will once again have WOW!</p>

I called WOW on Monday and scheduled a technician to come to my home on Tuesday between 12:00-4:00 pm. John Hurst was at my door at exactly 12:00. He proceeded to switch the boxes and when the signal was not as strong as it should have been he investigated all of my cable hookups until he located the problem. I think he went above and beyond what I asked of him and he was pleasant and informed me of each step that he took to make my reception better.I really appreciate his kindness and commend WOW for having such a well trained and courteous employee. This experience surely made my day!Thanks, John!</p>
