Words cannot describe Greg Wright; he did an awesome job today. Let me start by saying he was at a customer home today who was not feeling good sitting on the porch all alone. Greg asked this customer what is WRONG she said to him to call the ambulance I am not feeling good. Tech 7087 waiting there with this customer until help arrived. He didn't care about the next time frame or being late for his next job he took care of our customer. They say God put people in places for a reason. Please honor this tech for the good deed that he did today He went above his job duties.

I am moving to a town that is not serviced by WOW. I struggles with whether I should move or not because I am so pleased with WOW. I was a Best Buy and they have a Comcast booth there and I was explaining to the Comcast guy what I was looking. He asked me who my current service provider was for internet and cable. I told him WOW and I also explained how satisfied I was with them. He then asked how much I was paying for both. I told him and his exact word was, "WOW!!!" I followed up with exactly and I like them a lot. He then explained that there was no way they could come ...

I just wanted to send a quick email to praise one of your employees. Today someone (unfortunately I can't recall his name) came to bury our cable. We had recently seeded a large section of our lawn, and I didn't want it torn up. He stated that it was possible to avoid the area, but he would have to bury the cable by hand instead of with his machine. I was really impressed with this service, especially given the hot weather! Me (and my newly sprouting lawn) thank you greatly for the great service!

July 15, 2010 I have had a beautiful two years + with WOW and now, unfortunately, because of the cutoff of unemployment and a temp job that will be mailing my check, I have to terminate my service. I have spoken with Gary, Wendy, Tammy, Becky and others that have been so gracious with extensions through tomorrow morning for my overdue payment. So I am asking that you not send me to collections yet. I have never had any problems that couldn't be solved by phone with your customer representatives. I have had just about all of the cable providers but yours is the best by far. I was able to schedule endless job interviews via email and apply for countless jobs. ...

wow has the customer service you expect from a cable company. And comcast doesn't because the customer service from comcast is not good and comcast should learn from other cable providers and see why wow is taking all there customers.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to all the WOW people I have spoken to in the past few days who helped me connect my home email to my iphone! It was not an easy task and these people had the patience of saints! I am not real familiar with the technical terms and these folks walked me through, step by step. One guy in particular, whose name was Beckham, was amazing. Thank you very much!

My son-in-law is a supervisor for one of WOW's competitors. I'll refer to him as Loser. He and my daughter moved into our empty apartment. The competitor offers its employees substantial savings, so Loser had his company's cable, phone and internet installed in the apartment. My husband and I already had WOW and told Loser we did not want to change. Every time the weather changed Loser's cable and internet went out, while my husband and I had uninterrupted service from WOW during the worst of storms.

I just got off of the phone with Craig (operator ID WMI). I was pleasantly surprised to get a real person to speak with so quickly. Craig was very professional but also humorous and patient. He helped us locate the source of our WOW phone buzzing--he is sending out a technician tomorrow--NO CHARGE! Then, instead of transferring me to another person, he was able to help me with my billing questions, stating he wanted to make me "a happy customer." Well, he certainly accomplished that very well. With people like Craig answering the phones, I can see why WOW wins awards for customer satisfaction. Thank You, Craig, Linda G.--Warren, MI

I recently wanted to add HBO to my cable tv service so I could watch the new series "The Pacific", but was reluctant because of my rate increasing. I called and talked to a representative who told me "lets see what we can do. After looking at everything I had for my tv, phone, and internet service, he asked me about a bunch of extras I have and asked if I ever used them. Anyway, long story short, was able to subtract a bunch of things from my service that I absolutely never used, added HBO, and he was able to reduce my bill by about ten dollars a month. Thats service. Thank-you. Dale
